I'm a transformational coach, a Havening Techniques® practitioner, and what I like to call a spiritual geek, someone who brings nearly thirty years of inner work together with a background in computer science and mathematics. I don't just feel my way through this work. I see the architecture of it.

I no longer live in resistance. I live what I teach. And what I teach is this: the patterns running your life right now aren't character flaws. They're old wiring. Stored reactions. Nervous system code written a long time ago, often before you had the words to understand what was happening to you.

You can't think your way out of wiring. Yet you can rewire it.

My Vision

I'm not here to teach you a framework. I'm here to help you remember who you already are.

I believe each of us is meant to be fully ourselves, clear and undiluted, with nothing dimmed to keep someone else comfortable. And I believe that as you become more fully yourself, you don't separate further from others, you actually feel more connected to them. The wall between mine and yours starts to soften.

This is what coaching is for. Not advice. Not a five-step plan. A space to return to coherence, one pattern at a time, until you remember your own inner connection to Source, your own light, your own power, your own knowing.

Depending on what you're carrying and what the moment calls for, our work together might include Havening Techniques, a gentle touch based approach that helps the brain and body release old stress and trauma at the source, not just talk about it.

It might include coaching, the kind that doesn't stay on the surface, that goes looking for the pattern underneath the pattern.

Often it's both, woven together, because you are not a single problem with a single fix. You are a whole system, and the work meets you there.

We're not managing symptoms. We're going to where the reaction lives in your body and your nervous system, and we're changing the relationship you have with it.

What happens in a typical coaching session?

Every session follows what you bring in.

You'll come with something you're navigating, something you'd like clarity on. We'll look underneath it together, find the pattern or block that's actually running things, and work with it directly, sometimes through coaching, sometimes through Havening, often both.

How is this different from therapy or healing work?

Therapy tends to focus on understanding the past. Energy work focuses on shifting energy in the body. This work brings both of those together with a focus on where you're going.

I won't leave the past or the body out of it when that's where the answer lives. Yet the focus stays on helping you make real, grounded change now, with clarity, momentum, and a body that's actually on board.

Do I need to be “spiritual” to work with you?

Not at all. I meet you where you are.

I bring intuitive and energetic tools into this work when they're useful, yet this was never about belief systems. It's about you feeling more at home in your own life, whatever that looks like for you.

How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
